Shipping policy

At present, we only ship to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. For orders outside of the UK, please email us at hello@pouredinoakley.com and we will review.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day (or the next working day if a bank holiday).

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday until 1pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if a bank holiday).

Customers will be sent an email with delivery information shortly after purchasing.

We use DHL’s “next working day” service but, on occasion, these take 2 working days from dispatch – we thank you for your patience with our couriers.

Deliveries may take 2-3 working days to these locations: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
